隐孔菌对大鼠多形核粒细胞释放白三烯的影响

摘要(Abstract):

目的:探讨隐孔菌发酵物(CVFS)对大鼠多形核粒细胞释放白三烯的影响。方法:采用生物检定法和HPLC法测定大鼠多形核粒细胞(PMNs)中慢反应物质(SRS)和白三烯B_4(LTB_4)的含量。结果:CVFS 0.9,2.7 g·kg(-1)ig能明显抑制大鼠PMNs释放LTB_4和SRS。结论:结果证明CVSF可抑制PMNs释放SRS和LTB_4。
Objective: To study action of Cryptoporus volvatus ferment substance ( CVFS ) on leukotriene production of poly-morphonuclear leukocytes in rats. Methods: The level of slow reaction substance (SRS) and leukotriene B4 ( LTB4) in polymor-phonuclear leukocytes ( PMNs ) in rats in vitro were determined with bioassay and HPLC. Results: CVFS0.9, 2.7 g·kg-1 by ig significantly inhibited SRS and LTB4 production in PMNs in rats in vivo. Conclusion: The inhibition effect of CVFS on SRS and LTB4 release may be related to its mechanism of anti-inflammation and anti-asthma.
