摘要(Abstract)：

目的：对毛穗藜芦根茎进行化学成分研究。方法：采用柱层析和薄层层析法进行分离，用ＵＶ，ＩＲ，ＭＳ，１ＨＮＭＲ等光谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果：得到２个类化合物，为白藜芦醇和２，３′，４，５′四羟基。结论：为首次从该植物中分离得到
Objective:To study the components in rhizome of Veratrum macckii.Methods:Column chromatography and preparative thin layer chromatography with silica gel were employed for the isolation and purification of constituents.The structures were elucidated by IR,MS and 1 H NMR analysis.Result:Two compounds were obtained and elucidated as resveratrol and 2,3',4,5' tetrahydroxystilbene.Conclusion:The two compounds were separated from V.macckii for the first time.
