大黄橐吾的化学成分研究
Study on the chemical constituents in roots and rhizomes of Ligularia duciforms

摘要(Abstract):

目的:研究民间草药大黄橐吾根及根茎的化学成分,为其资源开发提供科学依据。方法:运用色谱法、结晶法等手段分离,通过理化常数及波谱数据鉴定结构。结果:鉴定6个化合物分别为咖啡酸(Ⅰ),二十二烷基-反式-咖啡酸酯[(E)-docosyl-3,4-dihydroxycinnamate,Ⅱ],二十二烷基-反式-阿魏酸酯[(E)-docosyl-3-methoxy-4-hy-droxyferulate,Ⅲ],β-香树脂酮(-βamyrone,Ⅳ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅴ)和胡萝卜苷(Ⅵ)。结论:以上6个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅱ,Ⅳ为首次从橐吾属内分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents in roots and rhizomes of Ligularia duciforms.Method: The compounds were isolated by column chromatography,the structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.Result: Six compounds were isolated and identified as caffeic acid(Ⅰ),(E)-docosyl-3,4-dihydroxycinnamate(Ⅱ),(E)-docosyl 3-methoxy-4-hydroxyferulate(Ⅲ),β-amyrone(Ⅳ),β-sitosterol(Ⅴ),and daucosterol(Ⅵ).Conclusion: All the compound were isolated for the first time from the plant,and the compound Ⅱ and Ⅳ were isolated firstly from the genus Ligularia.
