摘要(Abstract)：

目的：对广西血竭的化学成分进行研究。方法：采用溶剂提取、柱层析、薄层层析和高效液相色谱法进行分离，光谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果：从石油醚和醋酸乙酯部位中得到１０个化合物，为正二十七烷、４甲基７烯胆烷醇、阿魏酸二十二酯、阿魏酸二十四酯、阿魏酸二十六酯、阿魏酸二十八酯、紫檀、邻苯二甲酸二（２乙基）己酯、邻苯二甲酸丁酯异丁酯和４′甲氧基３′，７二羟基黄酮。结论：均为首次从广西血竭中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Dracaena cochinensis.Methods:Compounds were separa ted by solvent extraction,column chromatography,TLC and HPLC,and their structures were determined by spectral ana lysis.Results:Ten compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether and ethyl acetate fractions of D.cochinensis and identified as n heptacosane,lophenol,docosanyl ferulate,tetracosanyl ferulate,hexacosanyl ferulate ,octacosanyl ferulate,pterostilbene,dioctyl phthalate,butyl isobutyl phthalate and 4' methoxy 3',7 dihydroxy flavone.Conclusion:All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
