台湾狗牙花枝叶的生物碱类成分研究

摘要(Abstract):

对台湾狗牙花的生物碱类成分进行研究。采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS、高效制备液相等柱色谱方法,对台湾狗牙花枝叶的总生物碱进行分离和纯化,并利用UV,IR,MS,NMR等各种波谱技术方法鉴定化合物的结构。从中分离鉴定了11个生物碱类化合物,分别为coronaridine(1),3-oxocoronaridine(2),19S-heyneanine(3),19R-heyneanine(4),voacangine(5),3-oxovoacangine(6),voacristine(7),19-epi-voacristine(8),iso-voacangine(9),coronaridine 7-hydroxyindolenine(10),voacangine 7-hydroxyindolenine(11)。化合物1~11均仅为首次从该植物中分离得到。
To inverstigate the alkaloids from the twigs and leaves of Ervatamia pandacaqui,eleven known alkaloids were isolated by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,and ODS column chromatography,as well as RP-HPLC. Their structures were elucidated by UV,IR,MS,and NMR spectral data as coronaridine( 1),3-oxocoronaridine( 2),19 S-heyneanine( 3),19 R-heyneanine( 4),voacangine( 5),3-oxovoacangine( 6),voacristine( 7),19-epi-voacristine( 8),iso-voacangine( 9),coronaridine 7-hydroxyindolenine( 10),and voacangine 7-hydroxyindolenine( 11). Compounds 1-11 were isolated from E. pandacaqui for the first time.
