黑沙蒿黄酮类化学成分研究Ⅱ
Studies on flavonoid constituents from herbs of Artemisia ordosica Ⅱ

摘要(Abstract):

目的:研究黑沙蒿全草的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱法分离纯化,薄层色谱及波谱法进行化学成分结构鉴定。结果:从乙醇提取物中分离并鉴定了8个黄酮类化合物,分别为异野樱素(isosakuranetin,1),3,5-二羟基-7,4′-二甲氧基二氢黄酮(2),金合欢素(acacetin,3),滨蓟素(c irsim aritin,4),鼠李素(rhamnetin,5),3,5,3,′4′-四羟基-6,7-二甲氧基黄酮(eupatolitin,6),5,7,2,′4′-四羟基-6,5′-二甲氧基黄酮(7),金丝桃苷(hyper-oside,8)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离鉴定。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of herbs of Artemisia ordosica.Method: The chemical constituents were isolated and repeatedly purified on silica gel column and the structures were elucidated by the NMR spectra and physicochemical properties.Result: Eight flavones were obtained and they were identified as isosakuranetin,7,4′-dimethylaro madendrin,acacetin,cirsimaritin,rhamnetin,eupatolin,5,7,2′,4′-tetrahydroxy-6,5′-dimethoxyflavone,hyperoside.Conclusion: All the compounds were obtained from herbs of A.ordosica for the first time.
