萸连巴布剂体外释放和透皮行为的研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的:考察萸连巴布膏的体外释放和透皮行为和规律。方法:试验采用改良Franz扩散装置,用HPLC法使用1种流动相测定接收液中吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱、巴马汀、小檗碱4种指标成分的含量。结果:吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱、巴马汀、小檗碱释放速率分别为0.0239,0.0156,0.0725,0.8191 mg.cm-2.h-1/2;透皮速率分别为1.256,1.0302,2.8029,20.919μg.cm-2.h-1。结论:萸连巴布剂的体外释放符合Higuchi方程,透皮行为为零级过程。
Objective: To investigate the regularity of Yulian Cataplasm in vitro release and transdermal behaviors.Method: Improved Franz diffusion devices was used with four index ingredients as evodiamine,rutaecarpine,palmatine and berberine that were determined by HPLC in one mobile phase.Result: The release rates of evodiamine,rutaecarpine,palmatine and berberine were 0.023 9,0.015 6,0.072 5,0.819 1 mg·cm-2·h-1/2,respectivley.The transdermal rates of evodiamine,rutaecarpine,palmatine and berberine were 1.256,1.030 2,2.802 9,20.919 μg·cm-2·h-1,respectively.Conclusion: The releasing process of all index is in accordance with Higuchi equation and the transdermal proccess is in accordance with zero-level equation.
