超临界CO_2萃取测定姜黄中姜黄素的实验研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的 :筛选超临界CO2 萃取姜黄中姜黄素的最佳工艺条件。方法 :采用正交试验优化超临界流体萃取姜黄素的工艺条件 ,采用HPLC法测定姜黄素含量。结果 :超临界CO2 萃取姜黄素的最佳条件 :萃取压力 2 5MPa ,萃取温度 5 5℃ ,采用无水乙醇作为夹带剂 (与超临界CO2 流体同步泵入萃取器中 ) ,用量为 30 % ,静态萃取 4h ,动态萃取 5h ,CO2 流量 3.5L·min-1。结论 :超临界CO2 萃取姜黄素具有操作简便、无有机溶剂残留的优点 ,其方法可靠 ,切实可行。
Objective: To optimize the conditions of s upercritical fluid extraction(SFE) for curcumin in Curcuma longa. Method: Optimum extraction conditions were studied by orthogona l tests. The extracts were analyzed by HPLC. Result: Th e optimal extraction conditions were pressure 25 MPa, temperature 55 ℃, sta tic time 4 h, dynamic time 5 h, flow rate of CO 2 3.5 L·min -1 , c o-solvent ethanol 30%(mL·g -1 ). Conclusion: It is feasible to extract curcumin by SFE.[
