HPLC测定沙苑子中沙苑子苷A的含量

摘要(Abstract):

目的:建立沙苑子中沙苑子苷A的含量测定方法。方法:运用高效液相色谱法测定。色谱柱为ZOR BAXEXTEND C18(4. 6mm×2 5 0mm ,5 μm) ,流动相乙腈水 磷酸(2 0∶80∶0 .2 ) ,测定波长2 6 7nm。结果:沙苑子苷A在0 . 0 86~0 . 4 30 μg呈良好的线性关系,加样回收率为99 .8% ,RSD 1. 0 %。结论:本法灵敏、快速、准确,可用于测定沙苑子中沙苑子苷A的含量。
Objective: To establish the determination method for complanatoside A in seeds of Astragalus complanatus. Method: An HPLC method has been developed to separate complanatoside A on ZORBAX EXTEND-C (18)(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column with acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid (20∶80∶0.2) as mobile phase and UV detection at 267 nm. Result: The good linearity of complanatoside A ranged 0.086-0.430 μg, r=0.999 9. An average recovery of 99.8% (n=5) was obtained with a RSD of 1.0%. Conclusion: The established method is proved to be stability, fast, accurate and can be used for quantification of Complanatoside A in Semen Astragali Complanati.
