中药砂仁化学成分研究

摘要(Abstract):

从阳春砂果实中分得7个化合物,经光谱分析鉴定为龙脑乙酸酯,樟脑,龙脑,β谷甾醇,香草酸,硬脂酸和棕榈酸,香草酸是首次从本植物分得。用GCMS分析砂仁挥发油成分,鉴定了57个化合物,其中含量1%以上的有龙脑乙酸酯,樟脑,龙脑,柠檬烯,樟烯,月桂烯,蒈烯3和α松油醇等8个化合物。
Seven compounds have been isolated from Fructus Amomi. They were identified as bornyl acetate, camphor, borneol,β sitosterol, vanillic acid, stearic acid and palmitic acid. The vanillic acid was found in this medicine for the first time. Fifty seven components were identified from the volatile oil of Fructus Amomi on the basis of GC MS analysis. Eight components in the volatile oil over 1% in content are bornyl acetate, camphor, borneol, limonene, camphene, myrecene, carene 3 and α terpeneol.
