植物生长调节剂对川白芷生长发育及其产量品质的影响

摘要(Abstract):

为了探明植物生长调节剂对药用植物川白芷产量、品质的影响,文章用5种不同植物生长调节剂矮壮素(CCC)、缩节胺(PIX)、赤霉素(GA3)、多效唑(PP333)、马来酰肼(MH)在莲座期处理川白芷,在收获期通过测量川白芷的生物性状,应用HPLC检测川白芷根中欧前胡素、异欧前胡素的含量。研究表明除较高浓度的赤霉素对川白芷早期抽薹有促进作用,其他植物生长调节剂均有不同程度的抑制作用。在较低浓度时,赤霉素对早期抽薹和总香豆素含量影响不大。但其对植株生长有促进作用,进而促进了产量的提高。用质量浓度为30 mg.L-1的赤霉素GA3处理,既可以保证川白芷的生长发育,从而得到较高的产量,另外还可以保证其含有较高的有效成分。
Objective: To investigate the effect of plant growth regulators on the growth and quality of Angelica dahurica var.formosana.Method: Five plant growth regulators: chlormequat chloride(CCC),Mepiquat chloride(PIX),Gibberellic acid(GA3),Paclobutrazol(PP333) and Maleic Hydrazide(MH) were sprayed in rosette stage,the effects of these plant growth regulators(PGRs) on the growth,yield and quality of A.dahurica var.formosanaw were observed.The biological traits were first measured and then imperatorin and isoimperatorin contents in roots were determined by HPLC.Result: Low concentration GA3 increased the yield while not influenced the premature bolting rate and the coumarin content.Conclusion: Spraying of GA3(30 mg·L-1) could guarantee the growth and development of A.dahurica var.formosana to have a higher yield and maintain the active ingredients content in the root as well.
