豨莶草的质量标准研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的:探讨莶草药材的定性、定量检测方法。方法:采用TLC检定莶草中奇壬醇的含量。结果:以氯仿 甲醇 甲酸(25∶5∶1)为薄层展开系统,可以清晰地检测奇壬醇;采用Polaris C18色谱柱,以乙腈 水(25∶75)为流动相,可使奇壬醇达到基线分离,莶草中奇壬醇平均含量为 0.14%,奇壬醇在0.186~14.88μg呈良好线性关系,平均回收率100 0%,RSD 2.4%。结论:本法可作为莶草药材的定性、定量检测方法。
Objective: To establish the qualitative and quantitative methods of Herba Siegesbeckiae. Method: A TLC method was used for qualitative identification and a HPLC analysis was applied for quantitative determination of Herba Siegesbeckiae with kirenol as the reference substances. Result: Chloroform-methanol-formic acid (25∶5∶1) as a mobile phase of TLC, the spot of kirenol can be easily detected; Methanol extracts of Herba Siegebeckiae were separated on a Polaris C (18) column with acetonitrile-water(25∶75) as mobile phase and kirenol was separated well. The average content of kirenol in Herba Siegebeckiae was 0.14%. A good linear relationship between the peak areas and injected amounts of kirenol in the range of 0.19-14.9 μg and the arerage recovery was 100.0% (RSD=2.4%). Conclusion: The method can be used for qualitative identification and quantitation determination of Herba Siegesbeckiae.
