气质联用-模式识别方法对中国当归的质量控制

摘要(Abstract):

目的:比较来自中国与日本的39个模式组当归药材,探索中国当归的识别或质量控制。方法:采用GC-MS,美国安捷伦色谱柱HP-5(0.32 mm×30 m,0.25μm),120℃开始,以5℃.min-1梯度升至280℃。载气为He,FID检测。进样温度280℃,检测温度300℃。运用主成分分析法、聚类分析法和判别分析法对各样品指纹图谱进行化学模式识别研究。结果:Z-藁本内酯在中国当归相对含量高,亚油酸在日本当归中相对高。同时,用验证组7个样品(4个样品来自中国当归,3个样品来自日本当归)论证了该方法的可行性和有效性。结论:气质联用-模式识别方法是一种科学有效的当归药材的质量评价方法。
Objective: To compare 39 root samples of Angelica sinensis and A.acutiloba from China and Japan for the quality control of Chinese Angelica.Method: An HP-5(0.32 mm×30 m,0.25 μm) column was used for the GC-MS analysis.The oven temperature was programmed from 120 ℃ to 280 ℃ at a rate of 5 ℃·min-1.Using principal component analysis,cluster analysis,and discriminant analysis on the sample fingerprints for chemical pattern recognition research.Result: Z-Ligustilide was the key principle distinguishing Chin samples from Japan.Moreover,using discriminant analysis,seven samples(four of A.sinensis,three of A.acutiloba) were validated.All samples tested were successfully classified according to their species origin.
