藏药甘青乌头化学成分研究(Ⅲ)Chemical constituents from whole plants of Aconitum tanguticum( Ⅲ)

摘要(Abstract):
对藏药甘青乌头全草的化学成分进行研究。采用多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,并通过光谱分析(1D,2D-NMR和MS)及与文献比对的方法鉴定了19个化合物,分别是5-羟甲基糠醛(1),5-乙酰氧基甲基糠醛(2),pyrrolezanthine{5-hydroxymethyl-1-[2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethyl]-1H-pyrrole-2-carbaldehyde}(3),lichiol B(4),邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(5),3,4-二羟基苯乙醇(6),3,4-二羟基苯乙醇-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7),红景天苷(8),对羟基苯乙醇(9),对羟基苯甲酸葡萄糖酯苷(10),对羟基苯甲酸(11),天麻苷(12),1-(3,4二甲氧基苯基)-1,2-乙二醇(13),对羟基苯甲醛(14),对羟基苯乙酮(15),3,4-二羟基苯乙醇乙酸酯(16),丁香醛(17),乙基-β-D-吡喃果糖苷(18),对羟基苯甲酸甲酯(19)。化合物3和4为首次从该科植物中分离得到,化合物2,6,919为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1和5为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Nineteen compounds were isolated from the whole plants of Aconitum tanguticum by various of chromatographic techniques and their structures were determined through spectral analysis( 1D,2D-NMR and MS) and comparison with the literature data. These compounds were identified as 5-hydroxymethy furfural( 1),5-acetoxymethyl furfural( 2),pyrrolezanthine[5-hydroxymethyl-1-[2-( 4-hydroxyphenyl)-ethyl]-1H-pyrrole-2-carbaldehyde]( 3),lichiol B( 4),phthalic acid dibutyl ester( 5),3,4-dihydroxy phenylethanol( 6),3,4-dihydroxy phenylethanol glucoside( 7),salidroside( 8),p-hydroxy phenylethanol( 9),p-hydroxybenzoie acid glucoside( 10),p-hydroxybenzoic acid( 11),gastrodin( 12),1-( 3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-1,2-ethanediol( 13),p-hydroxy benzaldehyde( 14),p-hydroxy acetophenone( 15),3,4-dihydroxy phenyl ethyl acetate( 16),syringic aldehyde( 17),ethyl β-D-fructopyranoside( 18),and p-hydroxybenzoic acid methyl ester( 19). Compounds 3 and 4 were isolated from the Ranunculaceae family for the first time,and compounds 2,6 and 9-19 were isolated from the Aconitum genus for the first time,and compounds 1 and 5 were isolated from the species for the first time.
