红车轴草提取物中异黄酮定量方法的研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的 :对红车轴草提取物中异黄酮含量测定方法进行研究。方法 :反向高效液相色谱法进行含量测定 ,C18反相柱 ,MeOH CH3CN 0 .1%H3PO4 为流动相 ,检测波长 2 60nm。结果 :红车轴草提取物水解后的 4种苷元组分获良好分离 ,进样量 0 .0 2 4~ 0 .3 3 6μg与峰面积均成线性关系 ,异黄酮总含量测定结果重现性RSD =1.1%。结论 :为红车轴草提取物及制品提供一种简便、可靠、有效的质控方法
Objective: To study the methods of determi n ing the amount of Isoflavones in red clover extractive. Method: RP-HPLC is employed to determine the Isoflavones, with a C 18 RP Col umn, a moble phase of MeOH-CH 3CN-0.1%H 3PO 4 and a detection wavelength of 260 nm. Result: After being water-solved, the four group s of flavoes elements satisfactorily separated, the amount of feeding in a range of 0.024~0.336 μg which has a good linear relation- ship with the peaks, and the total isoflavones determining results repetition, RSD=10.1%. Con clusion: A simple, reliable and effective quality-control method is given.
