RRLC-UV同时测定川白芷中6种香豆素类成分的含量

摘要(Abstract):

目的:建立RRLC-UV法同时测川白芷中6种香豆素类成分的含量测定方法,并对不同产地的川白芷进行含量测定,以建立完善川白芷的质量控制标准。方法:采用Agilent zorbax SB-C18(4.6 mm×100 mm,1.8μm)色谱柱;以甲醇-水为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长310 nm。结果:6种香豆素类成分水合氧化前胡素、佛手柑内酯、氧化前胡素、欧前胡素、cnidilin和异欧前胡素在测定浓度范围内与色谱峰面积线性关系良好(r≥0.999 8),方法的回收率在99.42%~101.4%,RSD<2.4%。结论:该方法能简便快速的测定川白芷药材中有效成分的含量,鉴别不同产地药材质量优劣,为全面控制川白芷药材的质量提供了依据。
Objective: To establish a RRLC-UV method for simultaneous determination of oxypeucedanin hydrate,bergapten,oxypeucedanin,imperatorin,cnidilin and oxypeucedanin in Angelica dahurica var.formosana.Method: The analysis was carried out on a Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(4.6 mm×100 mm,1.8 μm) column eluted with the mobile phases of methanol(A)-water(B) in gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,and the UV detection wavelength was set at 310 nm.Result: All calibration curves of six coumarins showed good linearity regression within test ranges(r>0.999 8),and the overrall recoveries were in the range of 99.42%-101.4%,with RSD less than 2.4%.Conclusion: The method is simple,sensitive,reliable and reproducible which can be used for the quality study of Angelica dahurica var.formosana.
