干花豆化学成分的研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的:研究干花豆根的化学成分。方法:硅胶柱层析法分离,薄层层析和光谱法进行结构鉴定。结果:从其乙醇提取物中分得3个化合物,为硬脂酸、棕榈酸和β谷甾醇。结论:均为该植物中首次分得
Objective:To study chemical constituents of the root of Fordia cauliflora.Method:Three compounds were obtained from the ethanolic extract of the roots of F.cauliflora by silica column chromatography,and identified by physico chemical and spectroscopic analysis.Result:The compounds were identified as stearic acid,palmitic acid and β sitosterol.Conclusion:These compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
