HPLC测定不同产地川党参中党参炔苷的含量

摘要(Abstract):

目的:分析不同产地的川党参中党参炔苷的含量,为川党参的质量标准建立提供参考。方法:采用高效液相色谱分析,Supelco Discovery C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);乙腈-0.5%醋酸水(20∶80)为流动相,检测波长268 nm。结果:24批不同种与不同产地的党参中党参炔苷含量介于0.040 3~0.966 7 mg.g-1。结论:该方法操作简便,结果稳定可靠,可用于川党参的质量评价。
Objective: To determine lobetyolin in the root of Codonopsis tangshen from the various cultivation areas.Method: A Supelco Discovery C18 Column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used with acetonitrile-0.5% acetic acid in water(20∶80) as the mobile phase and UV detection was at 268 nm.Result: Twenty-four batches of the samples were analyzed.The content of lobetyolin ranged from 0.040 3-0.966 7 mg·g-1.Conclusion: The method was simple,reproducible and reliable.It can be used to control the quality of C.tangshen.
