温度、密度及投喂周期对水蛭生长和摄食的影响研究

摘要(Abstract):

研究了不同水温(18,22,26,30,34,38℃),不同养殖密度(30,60,120,180,240条/L),不同投喂周期(2,5,10,20 d)对水蛭生长、摄食、存活的影响。结果表明,特定增长率与温度之间存在显著二次函数关系(P<0.05),且回归方程为y=-0.016 5x~2+0.836 9x-6.847 5(R~2=0.990 8)。回归分析显示当温度为25.36℃时,水蛭特定增长率最大,达到3.76。当温度高于30℃时,随着温度升高,存活率急剧下降。水蛭的特定增长率随着密度的增大而减小。随着密度增加,存活率呈现显著下降趋势(P<0.05)。投喂周期与特定增长率之间存在着显著负相关关系(P<0.05),且线性方程为y=-0.094 1x+3.832 9(R~2=0.992 7)。经过实验研究可推测,30~120条/L为适合水蛭生长的密度,22~26℃为水蛭最适生长温度,投喂周期越小越好。
Effects of different water temperature,stocking density and feeding cycle on growth,feeding and survival of Hirudo nipponica have been studied,six temperature gradients were set: 18,22,26,30,34 and 38 ℃,five stocking density gradients were set:30,60,120,180 and 240 leech/L,four feeding cycle gradients were set: 2,5,10 and 20 d,respectively. The results showed that there exists a significant regression relationship between water temperature and specific growth rate: y =-0. 016 5x~2+ 0. 836 9x-6. 847 5( R~2= 0. 990 8)( P < 0. 05),a regression analysis indicated that specific growth rate reached the maximum( 3. 76) at25. 36 ℃. When water temperature was beyond 30 ℃,the survival rate significantly decreased as water temperature increased(P < 0. 05). The specific growth rate and survival rate decreased as stocking density increased. A linear relationship exists between the feeding cycle and the SGR: y =-0. 094 1x + 3. 832 9( R~2= 0. 992 7). From this study,it can be concluded that the optimal water temperature and stocking density for the growth of H. nipponica is 22-26 ℃ and 30-120 leech/L,respectively.
