芦荟中1个具有抗菌活性的多取代基萘类新化合物
A new naphthalene derivative from Aloe vera and its antibacterial activity

摘要(Abstract):

对库拉索芦荟的化学成分进行研究。运用硅胶、凝胶、MCI-gel树脂及RP-HPLC等多种色谱技术从库拉索芦荟70%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了1个多取代基萘类化合物,该化合物鉴定为3-羟基-1-(1,7-二羟基-3,6-二甲氧基萘-2-基)-1-丙酮(1)。生物活性测试表明,其对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)菌株的MIC90为(48±4)mg·L~(-1),小于左氧氟沙星的MIC90(58±5)mg·L~(-1),具有突出的抗菌活性。
A new naphthalene derivative has been isolated from Aloe vera by using various chromatographic techniques,including silica gel,sephadex,MCI-gel resin,and RP-HPLC. The new compound was determined as 3-hydroxy-1-( 1,7-dihydroxy-3,6-dimethoxynaphthalen-2-yl) propan-1-one( 1). In the biological activity assay,compound 1 disglayed prominent antibacterial activity with a MIC90 value of( 48 ± 4) mg·L~(-1) for methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus( MRSA) strain which was stronger than that of the positive control levofloxacin with a MIC90value( 58 ± 5) mg·L~(-1).
