啤酒花中黄酮成分提取工艺的优化研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的:对啤酒花黄酮类化合物的提取工艺进行优化研究。方法:用单因素试验分别对提取溶剂乙醇含量、料液比、提取温度及提取时间进行研究,在此基础上通过正交试验确定上述4个因素的最佳组合。结果:优化后啤酒花中黄酮的最大提取量为78 mg.g-1。结论:啤酒花黄酮类化合物的适宜提取条件为乙醇含量45%、料液比1∶25、提取温度60℃、提取时间90 min。
Objective: To optimize extracting parameters of flavonoids from Humulus lupulus.Method: Based on the single factors test on ethanol concentration,material and solvent ratio,extracting temperature and extracting time,orthogonal test was performed and the best combination was confirmed.Result: With the optimized technology,the maximal extracting amount of flavonoids from H.lupulus was 78 mg·g~(-1).Conclusion: The optimal techniques obtained are 45% ethanol extracting at 60 ℃ with material and solvent ratio 1∶25 for 90 min.
