4种中药注射液中重金属及有害元素残留量检测方法研究Study of determination method for heavy metals and harmful elements residues in four traditional Chinese medicine injections

摘要(Abstract):
目的:建立了4种中药注射液中重金属及有害元素的残留量的测定方法。方法:采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定铅、镉、铜,原子荧光法测定砷、汞。对样品的前处理方法进行了优化。结果:5种重金属元素的回收率在91%~112%,精密度<2%。铅、镉、铜、砷、汞的检出限分别为0.28,0.014,0.49,0.19,0.061μg.L-1。结论:方法简便、灵敏、准确、可靠,值得推广。
Methods for determination of heavy metals and harmful residues in traditional Chinese medicine injection were established.Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was used for determination of lead,cadmium and copper,atomic fluorescence spectrometry for arsenic and mercury.The preprocessing method was optimized.The average recoveries of 5 elements were between 91% and 112% while the precisions were less than 2%.The determination limit of lead,cadmium,copper,arsenic and mercury were 0.28,0.014,0.49,0.19,0.061 μg·L-1,respectively.The proposed method was simple,sensitive,accurate and reliable,and could be used widely.
