基于“中药作用机理辅助解析系统”的金钗石斛降糖作用机制研究

摘要(Abstract):

构建金钗石斛降糖生物网络,阐释金钗石斛治疗2型糖尿病的分子作用机制。检索数据库和文献整理金钗石斛中的化学成分,通过疾病相关数据库收集整理2型糖尿病相关靶点,利用"中药作用机理辅助解析系统",构建金钗石斛-2型糖尿病整体生物网络。通过对网络的分析,阐明金钗石斛治疗糖尿病的主要机制包括5个方面:1通过降低甘油三酯等调节脂质代谢;2减少胰岛素抵抗;3保护胰岛细胞;4促进葡萄糖依赖性促胰岛素释放肽(GIP)的分泌;5抑制钙离子通道。以网络药理学为指导,通过"中药作用机理辅助解析系统"初步阐明了金钗石斛降糖的分子作用机制,为金钗石斛的二次开发利用提供了依据。
To build the Dendrobium nobile-T2 DM network,and elucidate the molecular mechanism of D. nobile to type 2 diabetes( T2DM). Collect the chemical composition of D. nobile and the targets on T2 DM by retrieving database and documents,build the network of D. nobile to T2 DM using the entity grammar systems inference rules. The molecular mechanism of D. nobile to T2 DM includes: 1 regulating lipid metabolism by lowering triglyceride; 2reducing insulin resistance; 3protecting islet cells; 4promoting the glucose-dependent insulin tropic peptide( GIP) secretion; 5inhibiting calcium channel. Under the guidance of network pharmacology,through entity grammar systems inference rules we elucidate the molecular mechanism of D. nobile to T2 DM,and provide the basis for the further development of health care products based on D. nobile.
