杭白菊总黄酮的超声提取工艺研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的 :确定杭白菊总黄酮的优选超声提取工艺条件。方法 :采用正交试验法 ,考察溶剂量、提取次数、超声时间、溶剂浓度对提取率的影响 ,用分光光度标准曲线法测定含量。结果 :所考察的因素中 ,杭白菊总黄酮的提取影响程度为 :溶剂浓度 >提取次数 >溶剂量 >超声时间。结论 :超声提取的最佳条件为 :A2 B2 C3 D3 。与常规的提取方法相比 ,具有提取时间短、简单、收率高无需加热等优点。
Objective: To optimize the ultrasonic extraction condition for flavonoids from Chrysanthemum morifolium . Method: The extraction rate of flavonoids optimized condition (ethanol concentration,ultrasonic time,solvent quanity and extraction times) was determined by orthogonal design. UV-Spectrophotometry was used for the determination. Result: The order of factors to affect the fiavonoid extraction was ethanol concentration > extraction times >solvent quanity > ultrasonic time. Conclusion: The optimum ultrasonic extractions were: A_2B_2C_3D_3 . Compared with traditional extraction,ultraction mothod can save time, be easy to operate, improve extraction rates and need no heating.
