摘要(Abstract):
以健康人血红细胞及细胞膜为实验材料,利用核黄素-蛋氨酸光照体系产生O_2,考察了瑞香素及其铜(Ⅱ)、锌(Ⅱ)配合物对o_2的清除作用,以铜(Ⅱ)配合物活性最高。SOD、瑞香素及其铜(Ⅱ)、锌(Ⅱ)配合物对膜中过氧化脂质的产生均有一定的抑制作用。其中以SOD活性最高。
The scavenging effects of daphnetin (D) and its Cu ,Zn complexes on superoxide radical (O) gener-ated through the photooxidation of riboflavin were studied with human red blood cells (RBC) and RBC membrane asexperimental material. The Cu(Ⅱ) complex showed the highest activity. SOD, D and its Cu ( Ⅱ) ,Zn ( Ⅱ ) complexeswese found to have inhibitory effect on the production of lipid peroxide in the membrane ,SOD being the best amongthem.
