藏药假秦艽中的1个新苯并异呋喃酮及其抗菌活性研究

摘要(Abstract):

对藏药假秦艽的化学成分进行研究。运用硅胶、凝胶、MCI-gel反相树脂及RP-HPLC等多种色谱技术从假秦艽95%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定到1个新苯并异呋喃酮类化合物,该化合物通过核磁共振谱、质谱、红外光谱和紫外光谱鉴定为5-(3-羟丙基)-2,2-甲基-2H-呋喃[3,4-h]色烯-7(9H)-酮(1)。对该化合物进行了抗菌活性筛选,发现其对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)菌株的MIC90为(58. 4±4. 2) mg·L~(-1),接近对照左氧氟沙星的MIC90(52. 8±4. 6) mg·L~(-1)。
A new isobenzofuranone derivative has been isolated from Phlomis betonicoides by using various chromatographic techniques,including silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,MCI-gel resin and RP-HPLC. This compound was determined as 5-(3-hydroxypropyl)-2,2-dimethyl-2 H-furo[3,4-h]chromen-7(9 H)-one(1) by NMR,MS,IR and UV spectroscopic data. Compound 1 showed potent antibacterial activity with an MIC90 value of(58. 4 ± 4. 2) mg·L~(-1) for methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) strain [levofloxacin as a control with MIC90 value of(52. 8 + 4. 6) mg·L~(-1)].
