Optimization of extraction process of Dandelions (Taraxacum Weber)

摘要(Abstract):

目的:优选蒲公英的提取工艺。方法:以总黄酮和槲皮素的含量为指标,通过均匀设计的方法,考察蒲公英提取工艺。结果:溶剂浓度、溶剂用量影响较大。蒲公英的最佳提取工艺为:用13倍药材量的85%乙醇提取2次,每次1h。结论:此工艺提取蒲公英有效成分总黄酮和槲皮素的提取率高。
Objective: To optimize the extraction conditions of Dandelions (Taraxacum Weber). Method: Using the uniform design, the content of total fkvonoids and quercetin were detected to investigate the extraction process of Dandeh'ons. Result: The ethanol concentration and the ethanol volume in the uniform test impacted the test mostly. The best extraction process of Dandeh'ons was obtained as following: 13 times of 85% ethanol as the solvent, extraction for 2 times and 1h for each time. Conclusion: The extraction ratio of total flavonoids and quercetin are higher according to the above extraction process.
