基于数据挖掘技术的藏医药治疗高原病用药规律研究

中文摘要:该研究基于中医传承辅助平台(TCMISS),分析《四部医典》、《甘露本草明镜》等相关书籍中用于治疗高原病方剂的常用药物、药物组合频次、核心药物组合与新方药物组合等。应用TCMISS V2.5软件,构建藏医治疗高原病用药数据库,采用频数分析、关联规则apriori算法、改进的互信息法等数据挖掘方法对药物配伍规律进行挖掘。对531首高原病方剂分析后,总结出高原病常见的症状有失眠、耳鸣等20种;高原病方剂中总共涉及539味药,其中药用频次≥50的有诃子、肉豆蔻等33味,以诃子药用频次最高;用于治疗高原病的常用药物组合14个,以“木香-诃子”使用频次最高;熵聚类分析演化得到核心药物组合13个,其中包括“大蒜,藏茴香,阿魏”等3味药组合8个,“木香,沉香,丁香,肉豆蔻”等4味药组成的核心组合5个,“大蒜,藏茴香,阿魏,木香,广枣,沉香,肉豆蔻”等新处方5个。选择主要症状“失眠”进行分析得出治疗失眠的以沉香、诃子、广枣等为主的核心药物组合和以红花、多刺绿绒蒿、石榴子为主的新方药物组合。通过TCMISS对用于治疗高原病的方剂进行统计分析,进一步总结高原病方的临床组方规律和常用药物组合特点,为其临床应用和新药研发提供参考与新思路。

Study on the Medication Laws of Tibetan Medicine in Treatment of Plateau Disease Based on Data Mining Technology
Abstract:This study using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS, V2.5), to analyze the common medicine, the frequency of medicine combination, the combination of core medicine and the combination of new medicine for the treatment of plateau disease agents from the and other related books. The TCMISS V2.5 software was used to construct the database of drug treatment for plateau disease. The frequency analysis and association rules apriori algorithm , improved mutual information method and other data mining methods were filter the law of drug compatibility. After the analysis of 531 plateau disease agents, the common symptoms of plateau disease were 20 species, such as insomnia and tinnitus. There were 539 kinds of herbicides in the plateau disease prescriptions. Which medicinal frequency ≥ 50 were 33 taste, Terminalia chebula, Myristica fragrans Houtt and so on, the Terminalia chebula medicinal frequency is the highest; 14 commonly used drugs for the treatment of plateau disease, with "Aucklandia lappa Decne - Terminalia chebula " the highest frequency of use; entropy clustering analysis evolved to obtain 13 core drug combinations, including " Allium sativum L, Foeniculum Mill, Ferula L" and other eight combinations, composed of three herbs, " Aucklandia lappa Decne, Aquilaria sinensis ( Lour.) Gilg, Ewgewia caryophyllata Thunb, Myristica fragrans Houtt" and other five core combinations, composed of four herbs, " Allium sativum L, Foeniculum Mill, Ferula L, Aucklandia lappa Decne, Choerospondia axillaris (Roxb) Burtt et Hill, Aquilaria sinensis (Lour.) Gilg, Myristica fragrans Houtt "and other five new prescription. Choose the main symptoms of "insomnia" to analyze the treatment of insomnia, and receive the Aquilaria sinensis ( Lour.) Gilg, Terminalia chebula, Choerospondias axillaris (Roxb. )Burtt et Hill, and other core of the core combination of drugs and Carthamus tinctorius L, Meconopsis horridnla Hook f. et Thams, Punica granatum L new drug combination. The complex composing and medication regularities of the treatment of plateau disease agents have been clarified by TCM inheritance system. That will summarize the clinical regularity and characteristics of the combination of common medicine, and provide reference and new ideas for its clinical application and development of new drug research.
